1. Governing law

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

2. Eligibility and minors

Customers under the age of 18 may not register as users of this website and may not transact on or use this website. By purchasing a service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Services

We provide advisory and educational services delivered online, as described on the relevant service page. Our services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not manage funds, we do not execute transactions on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any specific investment result. You remain solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Accepted payment methods and currencies

We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in US Dollar (USD) and Egyptian Pound (EGP).

Card payments are processed by our payment service provider over a secured connection. Investment System never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVV.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

Prices displayed on the website include the transaction currency. The amount charged is the amount displayed at the point of purchase. Where your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.

5. Transaction records

The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and of the merchant policies and rules. We recommend keeping the payment confirmation and the invoice we send you for your own records.

6. Account confidentiality

Where an account is created on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Acceptable use

The materials, recordings, templates and documents provided as part of our services are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed or shared publicly without our written permission.

9. Restricted countries

We will not trade with, or provide any services to, OFAC sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of Egypt.

10. Changes to these terms

Our policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards of our business. Changes become effective when they are posted on this website, so customers are encouraged to review these pages from time to time to be aware of any changes.
